Summary

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a B2B sales role
  • An understanding of CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with prospects, build relationships, and articulate the value proposition of our legal services
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders, including the C-suite, Sales Directors and lead lawyers
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving start-up

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting through online outreach (e.g. LinkedIn) as well as cold calling to introduce our services to potential clients and set up meetings for the Sales Director
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the Sales Directors and other SDRs to develop and implement effective prospect target lists
  • Assist in preparing sales materials and presentations
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not essential
