Summary

Join eCom Babes as a Sales Development Representative and contribute to the success of our remote sales team. This full-time, remote position offers a base salary plus commission and focuses on qualifying inbound leads and scheduling high-quality calls for our closers. You will manage and qualify leads through various channels, own your pipeline, and consistently book sales calls. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, prioritization, and a commitment to maximizing pipeline efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role and a passion for achieving results. Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a full-time SDR, phone setter, or appointment-setting role (required)
  • Background in high-ticket coaching, consulting, or digital programs
  • Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong command of CRM tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, Close.io, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Consistent availability during U.S. business hours (EST/PST)
  • Proven ability to manage high lead volume and meet booking targets
  • Serious about performance, process, and personal accountability

Responsibilities

  • Manage, re-engage, and qualify inbound leads through SMS, calls, voice notes, and CRM follow-up
  • Own your pipeline: organize daily outreach and ensure consistent follow-through
  • Book high-intent, high-quality sales calls into the team calendar
  • Identify buyer readiness, objections, and disqualifiers quickly
  • Track activity, update CRM, and report progress daily
  • Collaborate with sales manager and closers to improve show-up and close rates
  • Meet or exceed weekly performance KPIs

Benefits

  • On-Target Earnings: $6,000–$8,000/month
