Requirements

  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms like Outreach.io
  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo Co-Pilot for prospecting and lead enrichment
  • Experience in sales, business development, or a related field (cybersecurity or SaaS experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively engage and build relationships with senior-level decision-makers
  • Highly organized with a results-driven mindset
  • A passion for cybersecurity and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct research to identify potential customers and engage with them via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Lead Qualification: Assess prospect needs and qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing them to Account Executives
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in Salesforce and follow up consistently
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives, marketing, and sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about cybersecurity trends, compliance requirements, and Ponduranceโ€™s unique value proposition
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities generated
  • Utilization of Sales Tools: Leverage ZoomInfo Co-Pilot for data enrichment and targeted prospecting, and use Outreach.io to streamline sales engagement and automation
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% to industry events, conference, etc
