Join Wrike's Inside Sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and be the first point of contact for potential customers. You will establish relationships, identify needs, and qualify sales opportunities, playing a critical role in building Wrike’s pipeline and driving brand presence. This role involves deep-dive discovery calls to understand prospect needs and prepare qualification summaries for Account Executives. Requirements

- Ability to support Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours (8 AM to 5 PM EST), with flexibility as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems (preferably Salesforce)

Responsibilities
- Promptly follow up and qualify inbound marketing leads across target ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) and key industry segments
- Engage in deep-dive discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and buying signals, and determine fit with Wrike’s solutions
- Prepare detailed qualification summaries for Account Executives and account managers, including key contact information, company background, and potential deal size
- Accurately and consistently update CRM (Salesforce) with prospect data, call notes, and meeting outcomes
- Track and analyze your activity and performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and share insights with management
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and fellow SDRs to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and maximize pipeline growth
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor landscape, and Wrike’s evolving offerings to effectively engage and qualify prospects
- Support marketing efforts by following up on inbound leads and inquiries, and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives for further development and closure
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 1+ years’ experience in Sales Development or a similar B2B and client facing role
- Positive and energetic phone presence, with excellent listening and persuasion skills
- Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Salesforce , LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and solution-selling
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets
- Personally accountable, highly organized, and empathetic to customer needs
- Passion for working with new technologies and a consultative, value-driven sales approach
- Experience in work management, project management, or collaboration software sales
- Additional language proficiency (if relevant to the territory)
