Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident Alien
• TSA Security Clearance Required
• Bachelor's Degree is required (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5 year position related experience is required
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, 3+ years; or experience with any module in ServiceNow, 5+ years
• ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist
• Experience working in agile teams, including responsibility for pointing user stories, 3+ years
• Experience with technical solution design, including building technical documentation, 5+ years
• Experience leading technical or development teams, 2+ years

Responsibilities

• Development and configuration of ServiceNow HRSD – 50%
• Technical design and solutioning – 20%
• Troubleshooting – 20%
• Guiding junior resources – 10%
