- Possess a body of work/portfolio that proves strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft narratives that align with brand priorities and resonate with diverse audiences

- Have proven experience concepting and producing TikTok or video-first social media strategies, with a track record of driving engagement and awareness

- Quickly run with new concepts and solve problems on the fly as you adapt strategies to evolving trends and priorities
Responsibilities
- Act as the teamโs idea generator, orchestrating concepts across brand pillars while owning the final vision and quality of all content
- Lead the editorial direction for Groveโs social content, ensuring messaging drives awareness and authority in health, wellness, and sustainability
- Leverage TikTok as an experimental hub, driving bold, awareness-focused content through rapid iteration and applying insights across organic and paid strategies
- Transform big-picture ideas into actionable, high-impact strategies that set Grove apart in the competitive social landscape
- Define and track KPIs for each channel, analyze content performance to identify successes and improvement areas, and integrate learnings into broader strategies
- You are a Creative by trade, blending sharp editorial execution with an endless stream of ideas, expertly curating and prioritizing to deliver the most impactful, on-brand content
- Lead the creation of video-first content, particularly for TikTok, balancing Groveโs editorial priorities with playful, experimental approaches
- Build and execute content calendars that prioritize swift idea generation and agile execution to capture timely trends and maximize impact
- Partner with influencers, creators, and UGC contributors to explore new formats and styles, driving engagement and optimizing content performance
