Summary
Join ServiceNow's Partner Design Studio as a Solution Architect and co-create AI-powered solutions with strategic partners. You will leverage an AI-first approach throughout the design and solutioning process, providing technical leadership and guidance. Key responsibilities include AI-first co-creation, technical leadership, strategic engagements, design studio collaboration, business alignment, partner enablement, and solution evangelism. This role requires 8+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or solution architecture, along with a strong understanding of cloud platform architecture and AI technologies. Preferred qualifications include AI & automation expertise, ServiceNow platform development experience, and design thinking training. Requirements
- 8+ years in technical sales, pre-sales, solution architecture, or similar roles
- Significant experience working with technology partners, at either a partner or OEM level
- Strong grasp of cloud platform architecture including SaaS, PaaS, automation, and multi-tenancy
- Proven ability to guide partners through complex solution designs and business strategy discussions
- Deep curiosity and interest in AI technologies and emerging trends
- Clear communicator, comfortable engaging at the CxO level and translating complex topics into actionable insights
Responsibilities
- AI-First Co-Creation: Apply an AI-first mindset in all partner engagements—from design workshops to solution architecture—ensuring partners are equipped to lead in an AI-driven market
- Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on the ServiceNow platform, offering insights drawn from successful implementations and helping partners make informed, AI-aware decisions
- Strategic Engagements: Drive conversations around market positioning, industry opportunities, and how AI can be leveraged to create differentiated solutions
- Design Studio Collaboration: Facilitate human-centered design workshops with partners, leveraging AI to enhance user research, prototype testing, and solution scoping
- Business Alignment: Support partners in defining go-to-market strategies, technical goals, and measurable outcomes—all through the lens of AI-enhanced capabilities
- Partner Enablement: Understand partners’ technical strengths and guide them in embedding AI into their ServiceNow-powered offerings
- Solution Evangelism: Collaborate with the ServiceNow field to advocate for innovative, AI-enabled partner solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Public Sector is a plus
- AI & Automation Expertise: Knowledge of how to apply generative AI, predictive analytics, or automation tools in enterprise solutions
- ServiceNow Platform Development: Experience building solutions directly on the ServiceNow platform
- Design Thinking: Training or certification in Design Thinking and applying these principles in co-creation with partners
- ServiceNow Certifications: Strongly preferred (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Application Developer)
- Business Development Background: Experience developing partner go-to-market plans or new solution plays
- Competitive Platforms: Familiarity with alternative cloud or enterprise software platforms is a plus
