Join Iterable's Solutions Consulting team as a pre-sales expert, working closely with Enterprise Account Executives to devise and present solutions to prospects. You will leverage your technical expertise and communication skills to generate excitement around the Iterable platform, tailoring demonstrations and presentations to diverse audiences. Responsibilities include assessing prospect challenges, investigating technical landscapes, providing integration recommendations, supporting prospects throughout the sales process, and liaising with internal teams. This role offers opportunities to hone sales and technical presentation skills, contribute to closing large SaaS enterprise deals, and invest in your professional development. Requirements
- 2+ years in a similar presales role, preferably SaaS and/or MarTech
- Technically curious and self-motivated β passionate about learning
- Strong understanding and knowledge in any of the following areas, particularly in the Martech ecosystem: Mobile Integration/SDKs, APIs, Data Flow/Integrations, MarTech Stack Ecosystem
- Demonstrable strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team players who are willing to constantly iterate and drive results
Responsibilities
- Work closely with our Enterprise Account Executives to assess prospect hallenges, think critically to devise solutions, and strategize how to present that information
- Generate excitement around the Iterable platform by delivering compelling demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to diverse audiences
- Investigate prospects' technical landscape to provide a seamless integration recommendation
- Support prospects from initial scoping through to successful handoff to our Professional Services team
- Play a major role in helping to close large SaaS enterprise deals
- Liaison with internal teams to deliver new features and drive adoption of the Iterable platform
- Continually invest in your own career through opportunities that enable you to grow professional interests that coincide with the growth of our org
- Have the opportunity to get onsite with prospects when warranted
