Senior Solutions Engineer

Summary

Join CentML as a Senior Solutions Engineer and play a pivotal role in translating customer needs into effective AI solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including co-founders, sales, product, and engineering, to develop and present compelling evaluation scenarios. You will demonstrate expertise in bridging the gap between customer requirements and CentML's technological capabilities. Responsibilities include engaging directly with customers, providing sales strategy guidance, implementing tailored software solutions, acting as a trusted AI advisor, and developing pre-sales processes. Success requires a minimum of 5 years in customer-facing technical roles with experience in machine learning model building and deployment. Excellent presentation and collaboration skills are essential.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in customer-facing technical roles, preferably involving direct interaction with data science and machine learning technologies
• Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning or AI models
• Effective collaboration with business stakeholders to align machine learning solutions with business objectives
• Excellent presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical practitioners and executive leaders
• Proficiency in at least one programming language
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in software engineering

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to grasp their technical requirements at an architectural level and devise strategic solutions
• Provide insights and guidance on sales strategies and product development to our revenue leaders and executive team
• Implement software solutions tailored to customer needs in both pre-sales and post-sales capacities
• Act as a trusted AI advisor, you will support customers throughout the AI lifecycle—from strategy formulation and model building to deployment and management
• Develop and systematize pre-sales processes, including the creation and maintenance of demo and proof of concept (POC) assets
