Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in a technical solutions/sales role or equivalent
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with large and diverse audiences
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Natural curiosity and inquisitiveness; skilled at asking the right questions during client discovery phases
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects and collaborating with various team members concurrently
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed

  • Solicit and log client feedback, collaborating with product management to steer our technical roadmap appropriately

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of digital accessibility and disability inclusion
  • Understanding of regulations related to digital accessibility (e.g., Section 508, ADA)
  • Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 AA requirements
  • Expertise in front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks)
  • Experience with automated testing technologies (Cypress, Webdriver IO, Cucumber)
  • Experience with native mobile application development (iOS or Android)
