Summary

Join Sprout Social's Customer Experience team as a Senior Solutions Engineer! Partner with Account Executives to support large clients, owning technical aspects of deals and documentation. Leverage your expertise in Sprout products and social media to provide insightful presentations and solutions. This role requires 5+ years of tech/SaaS experience, including 3+ years as a Solutions Engineer. You'll demonstrate software platforms, possess strong consultative skills, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Requirements

  • 5+ years of tech/SaaS experience, with 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer role (or similar) partnering with Account Executives and selling into Enterprise customers
  • Experience demonstrating a software platform (Making presentations)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to provide full deal support (prospecting, technical discovery, demoing and more) to some of our largest customers
  • Own the technical elements of the RFP and security documentation processes
  • Serve as a technical expert in all Sprout products and features for our customers as well as the broader Solutions Engineering team and company
  • Break down complex topics into easily-digestible takeaways for your audience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of social networks (in particular: Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) and social media strategy for large organizations
  • Understanding Influencer marketing and how organizations and brands leverage social
  • Experience with Salesforce esp. Service Cloud is a plus
  • Experience presenting to Marketing and Social Media Professionals including Directors/VPs of Marketing and CMOs
  • Understanding of all components of a software sales process
