Join Illumio, a leader in Zero Trust segmentation, as a Solutions Marketing Manager focused on the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) vertical. This global role involves leading the go-to-market strategy for Illumio's products within BFSI. You will be the subject matter expert, developing messaging, use cases, and sales strategies to drive product adoption and customer retention. Responsibilities include developing compelling product messaging, collaborating with internal teams, and participating in demand generation activities. Requirements
- 6+ years of marketing experience, with 3+ years of product / solutions marketing experience in cyber security
- Be familiar with key cyber security, ICT risk management, and cyber resilience needs of the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sector β particularly key local and global regulatory and compliance requirements
- Have experience developing messaging, positioning and delivering sales/partner enablement activities for cyber security products
- Have experience presenting to audiences of all sizes, both internal and external facing
- Possess strong organizational, prioritization, project management and time management ability with a deadline focus
- Have emotional intelligence to navigate ambiguity, take initiative and work collaboratively to deliver insights, provide solutions to challenges and recommendations based on analysis
- Possess a strong right brain, left brain balance β analytical + creative
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be pro-active and driven to solve problems and find innovative solutions
- Have a profound sense of ownership and accountability
- Possess strong acumen about new technologies and commercial acumen in the software industry
- Have strong business acumen and the ability to forge and maintain relationships

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the go-to-market strategy and execution for Illumioβs products and solutions as they relate to the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) vertical
- Serve as the subject matter expert for this vertical
- Develop messaging & positioning, use cases, target personas and sales plays that will anchor the go-to-market strategy to grow product adoption, build pipeline and improve customer retention in this key industry
- Develop positioning and differentiated messaging
- Define go to market strategy
- Launch new solutions
- Drive thought leadership for the Illumio solutions
- Communicate product messaging and value to internal and external audiences
- Create compelling offers to generate demand, drive adoption and the overall success of the Illumio product line within the BFSI vertical
- Develop product positioning, value proposition and messaging that aligns Illumioβs offerings to the key needs of the BFSI market
- Communicate value propositions to sales teams and develop sales materials and tools that support the selling process
- Know the needs of our customers and prospects and be a knowledgeable authority on our competition with the ability to articulate value and differentiate our solutions, especially as these relate to the BFSI vertical
- Partner in demand generation activities with Marketing teams to build and execute campaigns that focus on generating pipeline in the BFSI vertical
- Accomplish the above by having a constant communication flow with internal groups, including Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Enablement and the office of the CTO
- Develop written collateral, presentations, solution/demo videos, social media activities, trade show sessions
