The role reports to the Sr. Director of Marketing and requires a creative storyteller who can translate strategy into action.
Requirements
- 7-10 years in brand marketing, with at least 5 years in real estate
- Exceptional writing skills and a passion for crafting high-level content designed to inform and engage
- Comfortable in a hands-on role in a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the internal PR team and be the liaison with external agencies on crafting press releases, pitches, key messaging and thought leadership pieces
- Draft press releases for network news, new shop openings and awards
- Manage notable listing and coordination of PR opportunities with our network of real estate professionals, as needed
- Ensure PR initiatives are aligned with brand visibility goals to attract top-tier advisors and potential franchisees
- Collaborate with the Senior Director to develop and execute content strategies for both consumer-facing blogs and real estate industry-focused trade content
- Craft B2B and B2C email marketing campaigns, with a clear understanding of target audiences for Hubspot, Lofty and Rezora platforms
- Help support production and development of Engel & Völkers' luxury digital magazine, featuring property listings and editorial lifestyle content as needed
- Communicate with the social media team and global headquarters to ensure messaging is amplified
- Leverage content strategy to drive engagement in key business areas such as recruiting, expansion and retention
- Help identify, build and manage marketing collaborations with aligned lifestyle brands
- Collaborate on development of co-branded campaigns and cross-promotional initiatives to expand reach and enhance brand perception to support advisor recruiting and retention
- Support execution of trade and brand events to support franchisee retention, sales, and advisor recruitment
- Support development of ongoing marketing education sessions and training for the network of franchise shops and marketing leads as needed to support retention
- Help create experiences that resonate with both current and prospective members of the network
- Present at conferences, educational sessions, and network events to share relevant brand initiatives, programs, or insights with internal and external audiences
- Review and edit internal communications to maintain accurate, clear, and timely communication across our network – further articulating the brand value proposition
- Tailor messaging to brokerage leaders, highlighting how brand initiatives support advisor recruiting and retention
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Hubspot or similar platform is a plus
