Summary

Join our team as an experienced Business Analyst for a short-term engagement on the Taiwan HealthiFlow project, a ServiceNow-powered BPM platform. You will support the APJ region, translating business needs into actionable requirements for software development projects. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in software development and excels at articulating business needs and product requirements. This role involves defining and documenting requirements, user stories, and use cases, working closely with the development team, and ensuring solutions meet business needs. You will also participate in agile ceremonies and facilitate communication between stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Articulate business needs and product requirements
• Define and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases. Define acceptance criteria
• Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
• Assist in backlog refinement based on prioritization of user stories
• Responsible in the creation of project plans and timelines, tracking action item progress and report to ITBP
• Validate that the solution developed is according to what was requested and meets the business requirements
• Organize for UAT with business, assist in creating test cases, performing preliminary UAT, provide UAT training, assist in UAT defect reporting and retesting arrangement for business
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, ITBP and technical teams
• Provide insights and recommendations based on industry best practices
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor, IT Business Partner Manager
