Senior Stock Administrator

Summary

Join Unity as a Stock Administrator and become a vital member of a small, collaborative team responsible for all equity-related transactions. Maintain the integrity of the equity database, process new equity awards, and supervise share issuances. You will act as the point of contact for global employee inquiries regarding equity. This role requires strong experience with global equity plans and associated tax issues, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with various equity vehicles. While previous experience as a Stock Plan Admin is preferred, it's not mandatory. The salary range is $109,000 - $173,000 USD.

Requirements

• Strong experience with global equity plans and the associated tax issues
• Familiar with all equity vehicles (Options, RSUs, ESPP, etc.)
• Familiar with ESPP, Sect 16 filings, and 10B5-1 Plan
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to function well in a very collaborative ecosystem
• Sufficient knowledge of English to have professional verbal and written exchanges in this language

Responsibilities

• Maintain Equity database integrity and ensure accuracy of record-keeping
• Process new equity awards and distribution of online grant agreements
• Lead and supervise share issuances, outstanding and available under the Company’s stock plans including perform monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliation of records between Equity database and General Ledger, HR, Payroll and tax reporting
• Act as Equity point of contact for global employee questions and concerns

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Stock Plan Admin or similar position in a public company setting
• CEP designation
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting
• Familiar with Schwab’s EquiView equity tracking platform
• Excel skills
