Summary

Join Degreed as a Senior Sales Director to drive growth and new logo acquisition within a defined territory. This strategic, hands-on role demands close collaboration with various internal teams. You will be responsible for developing and executing your sales plan, exceeding quarterly and annual quotas, and building strong customer relationships. Success hinges on your ability to analyze market trends, translate them into opportunities, and sell solutions effectively. The position reports to the RVP of EMEA and offers the chance to work with a high-performing sales team. Requirements

  • Seasoned senior sales director experience
  • Ability to generate pipeline and acquire new logos
  • Ability to deliver results within a defined territory
  • Close collaboration with various teams (Alliances and Partnerships, Global Business Solutions, Client Success, and Field Marketing)

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Understand the importance of planning on how to develop and win a market
  • The Ability to analyze macro trends and then translate them into opportunities
  • Collaborate with GTM teams for alignment with Degreed’s messaging and best practices
  • Customer-obsessed. You deeply understand our client's problems and requirements
  • You're viewed as a trusted advisor to your customers
