You will collaborate closely with a team of Senior Product Marketers to ensure alignment and effectiveness throughout campaign planning, content strategy, and execution.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in a strategic role, focusing on consumer insights and research, either within a marketing agency or in-house team
- Proven track record of developing data-driven strategies and insights that drive impactful marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, consumer psychology, and behavior
- Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including surveys, focus groups, and analytics tools
- Experience with market research platforms like G2, SEMrush, Qualtrics, and social listening tools
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and compelling strategies for cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Lead consumer research efforts to uncover insights into audience behavior, preferences, and pain points, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Develop research-based strategic briefs that inform campaign and content development, ensuring alignment with target audience needs
- Collaborate with the Senior Product Marketer to define content strategy, messaging frameworks, and ensure campaigns are rooted in consumer insights
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, ensuring alignment with initial consumer insights throughout planning, content creation, and implementation
- Analyze campaign performance and consumer feedback, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization and future strategy adjustments
