Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in a strategic role, focusing on consumer insights and research, either within a marketing agency or in-house team
  • Proven track record of developing data-driven strategies and insights that drive impactful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, consumer psychology, and behavior
  • Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including surveys, focus groups, and analytics tools
  • Experience with market research platforms like G2, SEMrush, Qualtrics, and social listening tools
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and compelling strategies for cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead consumer research efforts to uncover insights into audience behavior, preferences, and pain points, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Develop research-based strategic briefs that inform campaign and content development, ensuring alignment with target audience needs
  • Collaborate with the Senior Product Marketer to define content strategy, messaging frameworks, and ensure campaigns are rooted in consumer insights
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, ensuring alignment with initial consumer insights throughout planning, content creation, and implementation
  • Analyze campaign performance and consumer feedback, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization and future strategy adjustments
