Summary

Join Tovala, a food-tech company, as a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Contractor) to handle full-cycle recruiting across various teams. You will build relationships with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The role requires 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment, with expertise in recruiting across multiple teams and levels. The contract is for 3-6 months, with potential for extension, and is remote (US-based) with Central Time Zone working hours. Competitive hourly rates are offered. Requirements

• You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience , ideally in high-growth start-up or tech environments
• You’re comfortable recruiting across multiple teams and levels , including technology, operations, marketing, and product
• You’re a trusted partner who can quickly develop relationships with hiring managers and guide hiring decisions
• You are very organized, move quickly, and can work proactively and independently

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake through sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, etc
• Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers by understanding their team needs, roles, and ideal profiles
• Use creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates, particularly in hard-to-fill roles in addition to review and assess inbound applications
• Provide a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience at every stage of the process!

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with Lever ATS or similar recruiting platforms
• Experience in contract or fractional recruiting environments
• A network of supply chain, food-tech, and/or DTC marketing top talent
