You will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, focusing on attracting top-tier engineering talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, build talent pipelines, and drive efficiency through data-driven practices. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in technical hiring, and a proven track record of success in sourcing passive candidates and closing high-impact technical talent. You will be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, comfortable working with ATS and HR systems.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, either in-house or agency-side, with a strong emphasis on technical hiring
- Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates using a variety of creative approaches
- Proven ability to recruit and close engineering leaders and high-impact technical talent
- Strong stakeholder management skills - you know how to build trust, manage expectations, and drive outcomes
- Experience hiring across multiple functions, including Engineering, Product, Business, and Commercial roles
- Highly motivated, self-starter , and execution-focused — you get things done with urgency and precision
- Comfortable working with ATS and HR systems; data-driven in your approach to recruitment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- High business acumen and an understanding of how talent impacts growth and success
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from job intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer negotiation, to hiring and onboarding
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across technical and non-technical roles
- Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers at all levels to deeply understand current and future hiring needs
- Maintain an active pipeline for critical roles, with a focus on engineering and leadership positions
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to broader talent initiatives
- Help drive efficiency by leveraging tools, data, and systems to support scalable recruiting practices
