Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting for sales roles (Account Executives, Sales Directors, or Business Development) preferably within staffing, tech, or and/or long sales cycles sectors
  • Strong headhunting and sourcing skills, with the ability to find and engage top talent through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry events
  • A commercial mindset, with the ability to assess sales candidates based on their track record, drive, and cultural fit
  • A data-driven approach to hiring, with experience using ATS, recruitment analytics, and hiring KPIs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to sell Job&Talent as an employer of choice
  • A proactive, high-energy, and results-driven attitudeβ€”this is a fast-moving role, and we need someone who thrives in an agile environment

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment cycle for sales roles, from sourcing and interviewing to closing top candidates
  • Identify and engage high-performing sales professionals through proactive sourcing, headhunting, and networking
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for our expanding sales teams
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Represent Job&Talent in the market, attracting top talent by showcasing our mission, culture, and career opportunities
  • Use analytics and hiring metrics to continuously improve processes, ensuring efficiency and top-quality hires
