Join Back Market's TA team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage talent acquisition across Europe, educate business leaders on processes, and launch TA strategies on different channels.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience in a similar role, in an agency or start-up/scale-up environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Driven by data and tech-savvy: love pulling data & assessing complex information, like to play with new tools to improve efficiency
  • Skilled at building relationships with candidates and with hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring across our companies
  • Very organized and able to manage multiple subjects at the same time with total autonomy
  • Engaged in building a diverse and inclusive culture

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire perimeter for Talent Acquisition across Europe
  • Educate business leaders and hiring managers on processes, interview best practices and decision-making
  • Launch TA strategies on different channels: new offices & territories, employer branding, etc
  • Chase relentlessly the best candidates for the jobs you own, and go the extra mile to close the deal!
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends, use new and creative ways to find and engage our people
  • Share, learn and partner with the People department to generate the best-in-class People strategy to support our business
