Requirements

  • Experience leading cross-functional Talent Acquisition programs in a global, fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical background with the ability to translate data into strategy and action
  • Proven success driving operational change and leading large-scale process improvements
  • Ability to build trust and influence at all levels, especially with senior business and TA leadership
  • Strong project management skills with experience navigating complex stakeholder environments
  • Deep cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to drive clarity in ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead global programs that drive standardization, improve interview quality, and increase hiring efficiency and quality
  • Use recruiting metrics and analytics to define goals, measure performance, and guide long-term program strategy
  • Build and support reporting forums (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs) and leadership reviews to ensure transparency and accountability across hiring
  • Manage multiple complex projects and roadmaps, aligning stakeholders and negotiating cross-functional dependencies
  • Partner with TA, People, Legal, and Finance teams to operationalize key initiatives and support company-wide hiring goals
  • Lead change management efforts to roll out new tools, processes, and best practices across regions and functions
