Summary

Join Dynatron Software as a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead and transform the recruiting function. You will be a hands-on leader, responsible for filling key roles, guiding a team, and operationalizing the TA function. This newly created role reports to the VP of Human Resources and includes leading employer branding and candidate engagement. The ideal candidate is skilled at partnering with the business, driving best-in-class recruiting practices, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team. You will also design and execute best-in-class recruiting processes and develop and implement sourcing strategies leveraging AI tools.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a mid-size company, with a deep understanding of what excellence in recruiting looks like
  • Experience leading a team with a passion for inspiring and motivating others to perform at their highest level
  • A track record of building and scaling effective recruiting processes
  • Strong understanding of recruiting operations and data analytics
  • Demonstrated success in leveraging AI and other advanced recruiting tools to enhance efficiency without sacrificing candidate experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on candidate experience and partnership with the business

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement
  • Source and fill key positions, while continuously identifying and attracting outstanding talent to support the company's growth and scaling objectives
  • Design and execute best-in-class recruiting processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards and an excellent candidate experience
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies leveraging AI tools and cutting-edge recruiting technology to improve efficiency and candidate quality
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform hiring strategies, improve processes, and drive informed decision-making in talent acquisition
  • Act as a trusted partner to the business, providing guidance on talent needs and advising on recruiting strategies
  • Represent the company positively in all candidate and stakeholder interactions, promoting our employer brand and culture

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in both a startup and well-established corporate environments
  • Proficiency in implementing applicant tracking systems (experience with Jazz HR is a plus)
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry and/or fixed operations
