Summary
Join TheyDo, a fully remote B2B SaaS company, as a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead Engineering and Product hiring. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, craft exceptional candidate experiences, and use data to guide hiring strategy. This role requires experience in Engineering & Product recruitment within a fast-growing SaaS company, strong sourcing skills, an analytical mindset, and excellent communication. Requirements
- An experienced Engineering & Product recruiter with a deep understanding of tech
- A track record hiring for Engineering and Product roles ideally at a fast-growing SaaS company
- Strong sourcing skills, you know how to find & engage exceptional candidates
- Analytical mindset , you’re comfortable with both data and gut feel, and know when to use each
- Clear, confident communicator with great attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring for technical and product roles, from intake through to offer
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, you’ll shape role profiles, improve processes, and help them hire thoughtfully
- Craft exceptional candidate experiences a clear, personal, and human approach from start to finish
- Use data and insights to guide hiring strategy and share what’s working (and what’s not)
