Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sourcing, preferably within a healthcare or high-volume recruiting environment
- Extensive experience identifying and engaging passive candidates for hard-to-fill clinical roles (mental health, behavioral health, licensed therapists, physical health professionals)
- Ability to pivot between clinical and corporate sourcing as needed to support overall recruiting efforts
- Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Talent Neuron, & LinkedIn Recruiter to inform sourcing strategies and improve pipeline quality
- Demonstrated success in using proactive sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, social media outreach, networking, and referrals
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively engage passive talent and build long-term relationships
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking sourcing metrics and optimizing sourcing efforts
- Ability to work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing efforts with organizational goals
- A proactive approach to building diverse and inclusive talent pipelines
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, engage, and build pipelines of highly skilled candidates for clinical and corporate roles, with a primary focus on mental health, behavioral health, licensed therapists, and physical health professionals
- Utilize market intelligence tools (e.g., Talent Neuron, LinkedIn Recruiter, Tableau) to provide insights on competitive landscape, talent availability, and salary benchmarks
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using data-driven methodologies to target and attract top talent in clinical and corporate functions
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with broader recruitment strategies
- Maintain talent pipelines for critical roles to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates
- Utilize sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, social media outreach, networking, and referral generation
- Track and report sourcing metrics to continuously improve sourcing strategies and outcomes
