Requirements

• Possess expertise in customer-centric AI product delivery and product management best practices in Search, Machine Learning, and AI
• Demonstrate the ability to drive initiatives and understand/communicate technical requirements
• Have a strong sense of organization
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Organize priorities, hone your vision, and lead the team in daily/weekly meetings to align on objectives
• Serve as a translator between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams regarding search concepts
• Finalize discovery work on new search strategies and decompose technical requirements for the technical team
• Review technical documentation and specifications, collaborating with developers to find solutions
• Present product requirements documents to the technical team and iterate on feedback
• Ensure the roadmap is updated and technical constraints are communicated to technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess the ability to understand and communicate in technical terms with engineering teams
• Understand search algorithms and technologies, including Vector and Semantic Search, and user experience within search results
• Have a drive for experimentation and a hunger for knowledge in traditional and emerging search technologies
• Possess extensive experience in determining and defining success metrics for a strategic, data-driven approach
• Have a knack for integrating various components, services, and technologies to create a cohesive platform
