Senior Technical Project Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years managing technical projects and working with engineering teams in an eCommerce/DTC company
• Expert-level proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools - Asana
• Experience implementing processes in start-up/high growth environments
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; outstanding written communication and documentation abilities
• Demonstrated ability to gather and distill complex technical requirements
• Proactive identification and resolution of potential issues
• Highly collaborative, ability to work cross-functionally with teams, and approach problems with solutions

Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed requirements from stakeholders, designers, and business teams
• Create precise, comprehensive JIRA tickets that minimize engineering & QA questions and blockers
• Maintain rigorous attention to changing requirements, proactively updating all affected documentation
• Ensure complete alignment between designs, requirements, and implementation tickets
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, design teams, and engineering
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the development lifecycle
• Own technical documentation accuracy across Confluence and Google Drive
