Summary
Join Chainguard as a Senior Technical Recruiter to support Engineering & Product roles. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management. You will proactively build a strong talent pipeline and collaborate with hiring managers. This role requires 5+ years of experience in full-life cycle recruiting, proficiency with various recruiting platforms, and excellent communication skills. Requirements
- 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, with the preference for at least 2 years in a high-growth start up environment
- Demonstrated experience managing requisitions across multiple disciplines
- Proven ability to proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social recruiting platforms
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple, simultaneous recruitment projects effectively
- Incredibly detail oriented
- Excellent people and communications skills
- Proficient with Google Workspace
- Possess an understanding of the SaaS industry; prior experience in a high-growth technology firm
- Proven track record of hiring best-in-class diverse talent
- Ability to build talent pipelines and develop long term prospect relationship strategies
- Strong knowledge of the external talent environment, market trends, competitors, and general talent availability
- Exceptional collaboration skills; yet confident when working autonomously
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal; ability to present data in a clear, concise manner
Responsibilities
- Source top talent for Engineering & Product teams across Chainguard
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing
- Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidates' skills, qualifications and experience; determine values alignment with the organization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Provide clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the organizationβs staffing requirements; gaining a clear understanding of the roles to be filled
- Adjust easily in a dynamic environment and have a passion for the company and your craft
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy
- Collaborate with other members of the recruitment team and share knowledge and best practices
- Maintain up to date records in our ATS (Greenhouse)
