Join Lyft's growing Global Tech Recruiting team as a Senior Tech Recruiter based in Ukraine! You will manage full-cycle recruiting for tech roles across Europe and the Americas, partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines. This role requires experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, utilizing modern recruiting tools, and building strong candidate networks. You'll negotiate offers, create job descriptions, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Requirements
- Fluent in English
- 5+ years experience with full-cycle recruiting for technical/engineering roles
- 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience within the tech industry or similar fast-paced environment
- Experience using tools from modern recruiting tech stack such as Greenhouse ATS, Goodtime.io, and Gem/HireEZ, or other similar tools to run a full cycle process
- Candidates should be experienced building and maintaining technical talent pipelines, targeting passive candidates, sourcing candidates through multiple creative channels, (web/social/professional networks, etc.), as well as having built a broad network of passive talent
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for roles for Europe (mostly Ukraine and Germany) and the Americas, which may encompass multiple pipelines, ensuring a seamless, uniform and positive candidate experience
- Partner with internal clients to develop sourcing strategies for current and future needs
- Innovate on ways to source and build a talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of platforms
- Proactively build strong pipelines through sourcing and connect with potential candidates for our open requisitions
- Work internally with Lyft hiring managers to understand the role and their teams needs
- Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring managers and any relevant stakeholders and working cross-functionally with legal, compensation/benefits, immigration, etc
- Create job descriptions, role profiles, and offer packages based on the position and company requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Will consider candidates with agency background if candidate has relevant experience sourcing for tech companies
- Exposure to high-growth, fast-paced environments as they will be managing 8-12 open requisitions at any given time
