Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role, with a focus on hiring software engineers and AI engineers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate flexibility
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms to identify and attract top talent
  • Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to build a diverse pool of qualified candidates
  • Proactively network and establish relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and relevant organizations
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with job requirements
  • Conduct initial screens and video interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Administer assessments and tests to evaluate candidates' competencies and aptitude for specific roles
  • Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews with candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to develop interview questions and evaluation criteria
  • Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate assessments and interview feedback
  • Facilitate post-interview discussions and assist in the final selection of candidates
  • Maintain effective communication and build relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand and meet their hiring needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and applicant tracking system (ATS) data
  • Prepare regular recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recruitment trends
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies
