Requirements

  • 6+ years experience owning recruiting processes end-to-end
  • Minimum of 4 years recruiting experience in engineering, product, data, and design focused hiring
  • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience partnering closely with senior leaders and hiring managers
  • Analytical mindset and familiarity in using metrics and data to inform hiring strategies
  • Experience negotiating complex offers, and closing candidates
  • Proficiency in modern Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Greenhouse) like Ashby, or Lever

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for a variety of technical roles
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of technical talent through online channels, networking, and events
  • Partner with hiring managers, including senior leadership, to deeply understand their team's needs, and act as a trusted advisor on hiring strategies and best practices
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by staying on top of communication, throughout the hiring process
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical skills, cultural alignment and long-term fit
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (e.g. conversion rates, passthrough rates, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates) to optimize hiring processes
  • Maintain clean, consistent, and accurate data in our ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Drive diversity hiring initiatives, ensuring fair and inclusive hiring practices
  • Support interviewer training, hiring process improvements, and documentation
