Summary

Requirements

• Superb written communication skills with an outstanding level of attention to detail and extremely high quality standards
• Excellent content planning and organization skills
• Proven ability to quickly learn, understand, and communicate highly technical concepts
• A strong understanding of AI/ML and/or search technology
• Previous experience in ecommerce
• Collaborative mindset, drive to create and improve processes, and willingness to support team members on their projects as needed
• Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously
• 3+ years of experience as an effective technical writer in a B2B SaaS startup environment

Responsibilities

• Communicate complex information clearly, concisely and accurately without relying on jargon
• Establish a content strategy and process for our knowledge base and developer docs
• Gather information from subject matter experts and translate complex concepts into simple, polished, and engaging product documentation
• Create content that helps both business and technical users be successful
• Review various reports, analytics, and user research to continuously improve the documentation’s effectiveness and ensure it meets our audience’s needs
• Collaborate with other writers on the content team to help define and improve writing styles, standards, and processes
