Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or related fields
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in instructional design, training delivery, and facilitation, with a focus on technical or SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of adult learning best practices and theories
- Proficiency with learning tools such as Docebo, Articulate360, Camtasia
- Ability to translate technical information into easily understandable content and tailor training content by audience
- Strong time management skills, attention to detail, organization, efficiency, and communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging and effective training materials, including manuals, videos, and online courses
- Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams
- Assess training needs and create customized training solutions to address specific requirements
- Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on new features and product enhancements
- Provide post-training support to ensure the successful understanding of software products
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, implementing adjustments as needed to improve outcomes
- Track learner progress and provide regular reports on training activities
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company
