Senior UX Researcher

Summary

Join 6sense as a Senior UX Researcher and play a key role in establishing the UX Research function. Collaborate with the Director of UX Research to translate enthusiasm for user research into tangible improvements in product usability and value. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, create actionable reports, and collaborate with product leadership to prioritize research efforts. Guide Product Managers and Designers in conducting user research, advocating for evidence-based decision-making. Document research methodologies and best practices to foster self-sufficiency within the product organization.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a User Researcher with a focus on B2B software
• A strong portfolio that shows how you led one or more high-impact user research initiatives from requirements through product delivery
• Proven experience mentoring Product Managers and Designers in conducting user research
• Deep understanding of usability principles, statistical analysis, and user research methodologies
• Proficient in using industry-standard UX research tools
• Excellent communication skills whether writing, speaking informally, or presenting at all levels of the organization
• Confident ability to help teams uncover important product-related questions
• Proven experience collaborating across disciplines and teams to drive positive product outcomes
• Strong storytelling skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to deliver actionable insights to product teams
• Create research reports that are clear, concise, compelling, and actionable
• Collaborate with product leadership to understand the most pressing business priorities and questions
• Guide Product Managers and Designers in conducting their own user research, including recommending the right methodologies for specific initiatives and sharing best practices
• Advocate for the importance and value of user research and evidence-based decision making throughout the product organization
• Help document user research methodologies and best practices, so that Product Managers and Designers can learn and self serve, as needed
