Requirements
- Experience in value consulting, management consulting, professional services, sales engineering, marketing or similar pre/post-sales experience
- Ability to facilitate executive level discussions and presentations
- Ability to explain strategy and concepts to a wide array of audiences including executives, practitioners, and internal stakeholders
- Experience in building both qualitative and quantitative analyses and financial / business case models - strong excel/google sheets skills
- Domain expertise in SaaS and/or digital transformation
- Ability to understand, interact with, and advise various C-level stakeholders
- Familiarity with email platforms or digital experience software
- Experience working with sales management and field sales
Responsibilities
- Be a subject matter expert that supports the Customer Success organization in driving customer expansions and renewals
- Devise strategies and roadmaps together with prospects and existing customers, working cross-functionally across Sales, Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture, Customer Success, and Professional Services, Marketing among others, on how to improve and modernize a customerβs state of marketing
- Support Customer Success/Sales teams through deal sales cycle strategization
- Develop C-Level strategic and financial presentations to provide honest guidance and establish realistic long-term goals
- Scales value materials deemed successful in Strategic Enterprise down to Growth and Emerging segments, for both AE/CSM/SDR self-service use and Value Consulting led engagements
- Upleveling Growth and Emerging AE/CSM/SDR sales maturity by partnering with leaders and front-line managers to share best practices and Value Consulting materials
- Refine ROI/TCO models, frameworks, and storylines
- Conducting account and industry targeted research to inform and influence why Customers must continue strengthening their partnership and investment into Iterable
