Summary

Join Dun & Bradstreet as a global transformation program leader, serving as the single point of accountability for program execution, risk mitigation, and executive-level reporting. Lead global transformation programs, establish a comprehensive program governance framework, and oversee the modernization of core platforms. Coordinate impact assessments and remediation planning across internal systems and customer-facing platforms. Assess customer impacts, define remediation strategies, and manage customer-side changes and communications. Drive alignment and build consensus across cross-functional teams. Serve as the executive sponsor for change management and provide regular updates to the Executive Committee. Manage program budgets, resources, timelines, KPIs, and vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, program leadership, or technology strategy roles
  • Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale, multi-year, cross-functional initiatives in a global organization
  • Deep understanding of data governance, customer identity systems, and enterprise architecture
  • Strong and proven change management discipline, leading organizational change, including stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies
  • Strong understanding of product development, customer experience design, and digital transformation
  • Strong executive presence, with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to C-level executives and Boards

Responsibilities

  • Lead global transformation programs across all systems, products, and customer touchpoints, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals
  • Establish and manage a comprehensive program governance framework, including executive level reporting, steering committees, workstream leads, and risk management protocols which include providing a regular update to the Enterprise Risk Committee on progress towards overall risk remediation
  • Oversee the modernization of all core platforms and the redesign of customer communications and remediation timelines to ensure clarity, compliance, and continuity
  • Coordinate impact assessments, remediation planning, and execution across internal systems and customer-facing platforms, including the potential engagement of external vendors to support platform delivery, customer readiness assessments and subsequent remediations
  • Assess customer impacts, define remediation strategies, and build a structured program to manage customer-side changes and communications. Drive cross-functional readiness and testing to ensure teams are prepared for each phase. Establish feedback loops and embed change management to support adoption and smooth transitions
  • Drive alignment and build consensus across cross functional teams including Product, Technology, Data, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Operations to ensure seamless implementation globally
  • Serve as the executive sponsor for change management and provide regular updates and strategic insights to the Executive Committee, including progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Manage program budgets, resources, timelines, KPIs and vendor relationships as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with regulatory or compliance-driven change programs is highly desirable
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
