Senior Vice President - Delivery

Summary

Join Cognite as the SVP of EMEA Global Delivery Services and lead all professional services delivery activities across EMEA, MENA, and Japan. Ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to maximize customer value, drive growth and profitability, and scale delivery capabilities. Lead and inspire a high-performing regional services organization supporting customers' digital transformation. Drive operational excellence, build strong customer relationships, and partner with sales teams for expansion opportunities. Manage the P&L for EMEA services, lead and develop the regional delivery team, and collaborate with global services leadership. The role requires strong operational and financial acumen, exceptional communication, and a deep understanding of customer value realization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional services leadership experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or industrial technology sectors
• Proven track record of leading large regional or global delivery teams in complex, data-centric environments
• Experience managing P&L and delivering profitable growth
• Strong operational and financial acumen; able to optimize delivery operations for customer outcomes and profitability
• Exceptional communication and executive presence, capable of influencing across functions and cultures
• Deep understanding of customer value realization and experience in scaling services revenue in a global SaaS or industrial software context
• Passionate about empowering teams to drive customer outcomes, with a balanced approach to trust and verification
• Embraces servant leadership, inspiring collaboration and continuous improvement
• Comfortable in a dynamic, growth-focused environment where innovation and speed are paramount
• High customer satisfaction (CSAT) and referenceability

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA, MENA & Japan region’s end-to-end professional services delivery, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution that aligns with Cognite’s global delivery standards
• Drive operational excellence across project delivery, solution implementation, and customer success in the region
• Champion a “customer-first” approach to service delivery, ensuring our solutions drive measurable outcomes and value for customers
• Build and maintain trusted customer relationships as an executive sponsor, resolving escalations with empathy and urgency
• Partner with the Chief Services Officer and regional sales teams to identify and prioritize expansion and scale opportunities within existing customer accounts
• Work closely with the CBE (Customer Business Executive) organization to drive delivery excellence that unlocks expansion revenue
• Drive profitability through efficient resource allocation, margin management, and project health tracking
• Own the P&L for EMEA services, balancing investments to scale capacity with the need to protect margins and maintain quality
• Lead, mentor, and develop a regional delivery team spanning technical experts, project managers, and functional leads
• Foster a culture of servant leadership, trust, and verification—empowering teams while ensuring accountability through data-driven decisions
• Serve as a key member of the global services leadership team, contributing to strategy development and ensuring regional alignment with global priorities
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales to shape service offerings and support go-to-market success
