Join Aristotle, a majority employee-owned investment management organization, as a Senior Vice President, Regional Director – Wealth Management. This role focuses on increasing sales of Aristotle’s investment strategies within the mountain states (CO, UT, NM, WY, ID, and MT), primarily targeting broker dealers, especially Wirehouses. You will implement a territory sales and service strategy, manage a multi-state territory, and maintain high client service while growing assets. The position requires extensive experience in financial services, sales, and client management, along with specific certifications. Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant financial-services industry work experience
  • Prior experience as an internal and external sales professional
  • Solid, consistent, and progressive work history
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university and strong academic background
  • Series 7
  • Series 63 or 66
  • Clean U4/5
  • Working knowledge of SMA, UMA, mutual funds
  • Proactive phone work
  • Proven track record of success in managing multi state, multi strategy sales territory
  • Face-to-face client meetings/presentations skills and experience
  • Knowledge driven consultative sales process

Responsibilities

  • Implement a territory sales and service strategy with the primary objective to increase sales of Aristotle’s investment strategies
  • Coverage will be specific to broker dealers with an emphasis on Wirehouse
  • Manage multi state territory with objective of maintaining a high level of client service while simultaneously growing territory assets
  • Ability to discuss multiple investment solutions across different asset classes
  • Travel as needed to effectively raise assets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced/Master’s degree or professional certificate (CFA, CFP, MBA)
  • Existing relationships primarily within the Wirehouse – Wealth Management channels
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Discovery Database
