Join Grafana Labs as a Regional Vice President, Commercial, leading a team of Regional Directors and driving revenue growth across the United States. You will coach and attract new talent, ensuring regional success and alignment with company goals. This senior leadership role requires cross-functional engagement and strong relationship-building skills. You will be responsible for team success, hiring, and development, while partnering with Grafana's GTM leadership for a seamless customer experience. The role reports directly to the VP of America Sales. The OTE compensation range is $420,000 - $450,000, with additional benefits including equity and a bonus.
Requirements
- 3+ years of second or third line SaaS Sales leadership
- Consistent track record of leading teams to exceed quotas and objectives within a fast-paced and technical client acquisition-driven business
- Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial, remote environment
- Growth mindset, leading by example & proactively bringing solutions to challenges you identify, backed by data
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 5 Regional Directors across the United States
- Foster an environment of teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement
- Travel when needed to assist in deal creation and closure, as well as meet any managerial needs by providing support to your team
- Partnering across all of Grafana GTM leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Make the team successful and deliver exceptional results
- Hire, retain & develop great talent across the team from leaders to account executives
Preferred Qualifications
Ideally led product-led sales teams before and worked with a complex, technical product
