Requirements

• 5+ years of website management and strategy experience
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience using data and insights to inform requirements, ideas, and strategies with hands-on experience with web tools including CMS (Wordpress), A/B testing tools, site analytics and other business intelligence tools
• Demonstrated understanding of SEO fundamentals and the interaction between site architecture and content to deliver organic traffic performance
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from strategy to execution
• Strong communication and presentation skills, demonstrated experience briefing senior leaders on outcomes & recommendations, and an interest in teaching others
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, staying proactive and innovative in the ever-evolving landscape
• Driven with a growth mindset who can operate as a pace setter

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of web strategies that align with the project goals
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Creative, and Product teams to create site experiences for campaigns, product initiatives, tests, and always-on programs
• Analyze and monitor page performance and user behavior across site landing pages, generate data-driven hypotheses that inform strategies and uncover areas of opportunity to improve the customer experience
