Responsibilities
- Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality
- Collaborate with senior officials, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to gather insights and feedback
- Conduct thorough research and fact-checking to ensure content accuracy and relevance
- Adapt writing style and tone to match the target audience and brand voice
- Identify content gaps and opportunities and propose innovative solutions to address them
- Review and edit content produced by junior writers and other teammates to ensure consistency, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines
- Coordinate with other departments, such as design and digital marketing, to ensure cohesive content delivery
- Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and effectiveness
- Stay current with industry trends and audience preferences to keep content relevant and impactful
- Maintain and enhance the brandβs voice and message across all content
