This remote role involves monthly content planning, including keyword research and competitor analysis to create comprehensive content briefs. You will oversee and edit content created by writers, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices. Weekly reporting and analysis of key SEO metrics are crucial, along with providing data-driven insights for optimization. On-page SEO implementation on targeted landing pages is also a key responsibility. This freelance contract requires at least one year of SEO experience and a strong understanding of co-living trends in Singapore.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in SEO
• Understand the recent co-living & kost trends in Singapore
• Familiarity with Singapore areas, including their trending hangout places
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools like Google Search Console & Ahrefs
• Experience in tracking performance metrics and providing data-driven insights
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review and optimize content effectively

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify relevant topics
• Develop comprehensive content briefs outlining key messaging, target audience, and SEO requirements
• Oversee and edit content produced by content writers to ensure it aligns with the content strategy, maintains high quality, and adheres to SEO best practices
• Track and analyze key SEO metrics
• Provide actionable insights to optimize content performance and inform future content strategies
• Implement on-page SEO latest best practices to our targeted landing pages to improve search visibility and organic traffic
