Intermediate/advanced English proficiency with effective communication skills (speaking, listening, and reading)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams, as well as potential clients, to conceive solutions aligned with the client's objectives
  • Work to de-escalate difficult situations with clients
  • Work in conjunction with product owners and technology leaders to ensure successful delivery of the client's roadmap and solutions
  • Anticipate and resolve problems within the team, including communication, performance, interpersonal dynamics, and clarity of responsibilities
  • Have a high-level view of architecture and tools, identifying and driving strategic investment opportunities and continuous improvements in processes and communication
  • Adopt and ensure compliance with all operational policies of the system, including access control, encryption, log recording, change management, platform security, system configuration, and incident policies
  • Facilitate onboarding for new collaborators, offering orientation, support, and mentoring
  • Exemplify and promote the values and culture of the company; share knowledge through internal and external events
  • Maintain best practices and golden rules, creating case studies with results for clients
  • Develop and review delivery scopes
  • Maintain a technical relationship with AWS, collaborating with architects and business representatives from AWS
  • Identify, test, and adopt tools that contribute to the responsibilities of the vertical
  • Monitor the financial health of projects and contracts
  • Build, manage, and maintain a capable team in the knowledge domain
  • Manage direct and indirect professionals in your area, activities such as career management, performance review, team engagement, recognition, retention of professionals, hiring, terminations, etc
  • Identify and track team performance metrics to ensure success and operational efficiency
