Join Curri's Core Operations team as a Service Operations Representative and contribute to the success of every delivery. This work-from-home position requires 40 hours per week and occasional holidays. You will facilitate deliveries, provide exceptional customer and driver support via chat and phone, ensure smooth delivery completion, and offer operational feedback. Responsibilities
- Facilitate deliveries from booking to successful drop-off and everything in between
- Provide best-in-class support for our customers and drivers via chat and phone
- Communicate with pickup and drop-off contacts to ensure deliveries are completed successfully and smoothly
- Provide operational feedback and identify pain points for the team to optimize logistics
