Responsibilities

• Plan, conceive, and implement technical solution components, workflows, interfaces, and databases with focus on ServiceNow
• Advise on interfaces and integration of ServiceNow with other tools/processes
• Prepare and conduct design workshops
• Act as a solution architect, developing innovative and successful solutions for new functional requirements
• Act as a coach, helping colleagues and customers to better understand and adapt the ServiceNow mentality
