Requirements

• 1+ year of experience with implementing major ServiceNow modules/applications
• Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including administration and configuration
• Familiarity with JavaScript
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, actively participating in the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Customer-focused with excellent time management, communication, and follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Implement core configuration user stories with some guidance
• User stories could cover service catalog, catalog items/record producers, knowledge bases/knowledge articles, notifications, assignment rules using advanced work assignment, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) configurations and workflows
• Implement reports and dashboards
• Execute unit testing to ensure that implemented user stories meet acceptance criteria
• Conduct peer reviews of other developer’s user stories
• Provide technical documentation as required
• Ensure all ServiceNow certifications are kept current with new releases

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), and or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) strongly preferred
• Complete 1 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification within 6 months of hire
