Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ Years of experience working in ServiceNow development
• 5+ Years of experience working with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Proven professional experience with different ServiceNow modules and architecture
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules
• Customize and configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, and UI interfaces
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Develop and implement ServiceNow integrations with other systems (REST and SOAP integrations)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow environment
• Perform system upgrades and patches in accordance with IT best practices
• Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions and processes
