Summary

Join our team as a ServiceNow Developer to design and maintain ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules. We seek an experienced professional with ServiceNow certifications, strong ITIL knowledge, and database optimization skills. You will collaborate in an Agile environment, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AI-driven automation and predictive intelligence. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience and 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development. Proficiency in various programming languages and familiarity with ServiceNow modules are essential. Advanced module experience and AI/automation skills are preferred.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Have 3+ years of hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow Platform
• Be proficient in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS/React, REST/SOAP APIs, and Glide scripting
• Have familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, or CSM modules and a strong understanding of ITIL-based processes
• Have experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and one or more advanced ServiceNow modules (e.g., Security Operations, GRC, Strategic Portfolio Management)
• Possess database knowledge (SQL or NoSQL) plus an understanding of how to optimize table design and queries in ServiceNow

Preferred Qualifications

• Have ServiceNow Administrator/Developer certification(s)
• Have exposure to Field Service Management, Workplace Service Delivery, Enterprise Asset Management, or specialized industry solutions (e.g., Telecommunications Service Operations Management, Healthcare and Life Sciences Service Management)
• Have hands-on experience with Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, RPA Hub, or other AI-driven tools
• Be comfortable working in an Agile environment using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps for sprint planning and backlog management
• Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into actionable business insights; strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
