Remote Services Consultant

Summary

Join Acquia and become a Consultant to promote customer success with the Acquia Platform. As a Consultant, you will be accountable for providing accurate product and platform information, recommendations, and guidance to customers on Acquia products. You will also be responsible for creating an excellent customer experience through collaboration and preparation before the engagement, excellent delivery during the engagement, and a successful handoff after the engagement.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a consulting, project management, or customer facing role
• Experience with and interest in the business side of implementations from small to large scale
• Experience with the principles and best practices of software product ownership
• Desire to learn how technology transforms business
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Flexible and able to deal with shifting priorities as customer needs change
• Desire to learn and adapt to new applications and frameworks, and eager to work on exciting and innovative technologies

Responsibilities

• Accountable for providing accurate product and platform information, recommendations, and guidance to customers on Acquia products
• Accountable for providing high-quality, timely, written deliverables when required
• Accountable for creating an excellent customer experience through collaboration and preparation before the engagement, excellent delivery during the engagement, and a successful handoff after the engagement
• Accountable for increasing customer’s knowledge and understanding on using the platform and product
• Manage multiple customer engagements at once, with detailed records and timely responses
• Ad Hoc duties as assigned
• Ability to shift time to accommodate customer and internal time zone considerations as needed
