Summary

Join SpecterOps as a Sales Engineer to support our consulting services business, working with customers to understand their security objectives and executing on sales opportunities. This role requires experience in Security Sales Engineering or other technical roles, deep technical knowledge of offensive and/or defensive security operations, and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Requirements

  • Experience in Security Sales Engineering, Consulting, or other technical, customer-facing roles within the security industry
  • Deep technical knowledge of offensive and/or defensive security operations
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and have an ongoing desire to stay current with the latest technologies
  • Desire to embody our core values of passionate curiosity, consistent improvement, empathy, sustainability, humility, and empowerment through transparency
  • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation

Responsibilities

  • Works with customers to understand business drivers and how to align customer needs with SpecterOps services
  • Execute on sales opportunities from discovery to deal closure, with or without the support of an account manager
  • Collaborates closely with sales and consulting services teams to maintain knowledge of service delivery ensuring a quality customer experience
  • Act as an interface between sales and consulting services to ensure smooth transitions of opportunities to active engagements
  • Author posts for the SpecterOps and BloodHound Enterprise blogs
  • Write and deliver presentations at security conferences
  • Support and guide prospects through security reviews and contracting
